Frustration
Alright Heather, lunchtime poll:
a) Stay where I am, in a job that does little lately but frustrate me incurably?
b) Accept the offer I received today from another department within my organization?
c) Accept one of the standing offers from several other organizations within the company?
d) Accept the offer from a friend of mine who started up his own successful tech company (and successful means a lot right now)?
I'm truly blessed that I have this many options, but the fact that I'm having to consider them all is depressing — I wouldn't think twice about it if I were happy.
