Font Face
So, I've done something sort of stupid. I was looking into creating another version of the title graphic for this site, and in doing so, realized that I no longer have the font I originally used to create it. Not only do I no longer have that font installed, I have no idea what it was even called so that I can acquire it again.

How could this happen?

I believe I created the original graphic on my old work laptop, which had Office Professional and a few other fonts-included applications on it. I didn't think to make sure I had the same font on my home machine, should I ever ave to turn that laptop back in, like, for example, when I had to turn that laptop back in. Lack of foresight.

Anyway, I'm saddened. I particularly like that font because it's very very similar to my natural handwriting, giving it a particular aura of identity, which, even if it weren't strong before, its being at the top of my personal web site for three years now made sure it did.

Anyway, I've decided to entreat anyone reading this to please check your system and let me know if you run across the name of the font. I've done some searching on fonts.com and some other resources, and haven't come up with it yet. If you know what it's called, and write me an email with its name, I'll be eternally grateful.

(And yes, considering how formal many bloggers are about the colophon of their site, I'm a little embarrassed that I even have to ask. We'll leave it at that.)
