Dreams
I'd been meaning to catch up with the dreams section of the website for a long time, but my new schedule and policy against personal web use at work prevents it from being a very practical activity lately (by the time I get home at night, usually I've forgotten about any good dreams I had).
Yesterday morning I had a good one, so tried to get the habit started again. Standard disclaimer applies — read with caution.
Incidentally, as I was naming that one, it occurred to me what a disproportionate amount of my nightmares have to do with ghosts. In fact, my nightmares, by relative frequency sort of boil down to:
ghosts are haunting me I'm a ghost and haunting people ghosts are haunting somebody else there's a course I've forgotten to attend all semester and it's going to keep me from graduating (I haven't been in school for nearly 10 years now, and I still have this dream at least once a month. Oddly, the school building is often my Junior High, even though it's usually a University context.) a team of armed gunmen besige my childhood home (a weird recurring dream because it's so specific) bad sex dream (family members, etc) parasites of one form or another (usually worms under my skin) other standard nightmare things (falling, drowning, being chased by animals, being attacked by monsters, and all that kind of thing)
Anyway, not sure what the ghost hangup is, but boy are they scary.
