For Rent
In September of 2004, planning for my potential move to Vancouver at the time, I setup an auto-notify agent to watch for any post which matched the following criteria:

  • Rent: < 1500
  • Residential: on
  • Pets Allowed: on
  • Category: Apartment / Condo / Townhouse
  • Province > County: British Columbia > Greater Vancouver

  • Now, in February of 2006, I received my first match. Just goes to show, despite the fact that downtown seems to include more Yorkshire Terriers than people, as far as real estate goes Vancouver is still not a very pet-friendly place.
